Beef Chuck Pot Roast

Ingredients: 

1 3-5 lb pot roast

olive oil

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tsp of salt

1 tsp pepper

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Directions: Lightly coat roast with olive oil on both sides, apply garlic powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary on one side of roast. Add desired vegetables to crock pot after 3 hours of cooking. Cook 7-8 hours in crock pot on low heat.
